Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, starting a scan, unlocking a brief, or otherwise using AIPentest (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

AIPentest provides authorized AI-powered security assessments of web applications. You may submit a target URL, prove ownership, optionally provide test credentials, and receive findings, a security grade, and (on paid plans) a full brief with remediation guidance. Features may change as the product evolves.

Free scans reveal a security grade and one validated finding. Paid briefs and Developer plans unlock additional findings, history, and usage limits described on the pricing page.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including scans you launch.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, scan unauthorized targets, evade fees, or violate these Terms.

You may use AIPentest only against systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You agree to complete ownership verification (such as DNS TXT, HTML meta tag, or .well-known file) before active testing begins.

• Do not scan third-party apps, customer tenants, or production systems without written permission.
• Do not use the service to attack, probe, or overload systems you are not allowed to test.
• You remain responsible for test credentials you submit. Do not provide production secrets or live customer passwords.

Scans are designed to be read-only and non-destructive. You still accept residual risk of testing a live system, including possible load, error logs, or rate-limit effects.

• Findings are generated by automated agents. They are not a substitute for a human penetration test, compliance audit, or legal advice.
• We aim to keep false positives low, but we do not warrant that every issue will be found or that every finding is exploitable in your environment.
• Briefs, evidence, and fix guides are for your internal remediation. Redistributing them as a certified audit report is not permitted unless we agree in writing.

Paid unlocks and subscriptions are billed at the prices shown at checkout. Payments, when enabled, are processed by a third-party processor (such as Stripe). We do not store full card numbers. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case and may be limited after a scan or brief has already been delivered.

You agree not to:

• Run scans against targets you are not authorized to test
• Circumvent metering, unlocks, authentication, or rate limits
• Probe, overload, or attack the AIPentest platform itself
• Resell access or white-label reports in violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Use findings to exploit systems or harm third parties

AIPentest branding, software, and documentation remain ours. Your applications, code, and submitted target data remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your findings reports, except for the limited license needed to generate, store, and display them in the product.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, COMPLETE VULNERABILITY COVERAGE, OR THAT TESTING A LIVE SYSTEM IS RISK-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIPENTEST DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. These Terms are a product notice, not a substitute for counsel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPentest and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill — including damages arising from a missed finding, a false positive, or testing a production system. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to AIPentest in the three months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
